Acceptable Use

5 Ten West Limited · UK corporate website

Last updated: 7 November 2026

This policy sets out reasonable rules for using our corporate website and its contact form. It does not replace any separate service-specific acceptable-use terms.

1. Acceptable conduct

You may use the site to read company information or make genuine enquiries. Please provide truthful contact information and treat our team and other users with respect.

2. Prohibited activity

  • Attempting unauthorised access to the website, server, contact-form handler or connected systems.
  • Sending malicious code, spam, automated bulk enquiries or requests intended to disrupt site availability.
  • Bypassing or deliberately interfering with the form's anti-spam checks and rate limit.
  • Submitting fraudulent, impersonating, threatening, abusive or otherwise unlawful content.
  • Sharing another person's personal data without a lawful reason or infringing intellectual-property and confidentiality rights.
  • Using the site or contact form for unlawful advertising or unsolicited mass promotion.

3. Contact-form protection

To reduce automated submissions, the contact form uses an invisible honeypot field and a brief server-side rate limit. Neither requires browser cookies. We may restrict abusive requests, investigate security incidents and preserve relevant technical records where lawful and proportionate. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Reporting concerns

Please report suspected security or misuse issues to [email protected]. Do not send passwords, financial credentials or unnecessary sensitive information when reporting an issue.

5. Changes and scope

We may update this policy as our website changes. Separate telephone, SMS and other customer-facing products may have additional rules that take priority for use of those products.
