5 Ten West Limited · UK corporate website

Last updated: 7 November 2026

The 5 Ten West corporate website is designed to operate without cookies or browser-based tracking.

1. Cookies on this website

Our corporate website does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. The contact form now uses a third-party bot-verification tool. It can use browser security signals and may access or store limited technical information for verification, depending on service configuration and browser behaviour. We do not use this technology to analyse your marketing preferences.

2. Contact form

The contact form sends your information securely to our PHP server handler and does not require a PHP session cookie. To reduce spam, we use a hidden honeypot, server-side rate limiting and third-party human/bot verification. The verification may involve security-related browser storage or cookies; it is not used for advertising. We do not intentionally share the contents of your message with the verification provider.

3. Server logs are different from cookies

Our web host may create technical logs recording IP addresses, page requests, times and browser information to operate and secure the website. These logs do not, by themselves, mean a cookie has been placed on your device. We explain relevant data processing in the Privacy Policy.

4. Hosting and third parties

Our website is operated using a website hosting provider. Private hosting administration systems may use their own authentication cookies; those cookies are not necessarily set for visitors to the public website.

We do not knowingly deploy tracking or analytics cookies on the public site. Hosting-level security tools, reverse proxies or other infrastructure may nevertheless set technical cookies independently of the website files. We have not independently confirmed every live HTTP response header. If relevant cookies or similar technologies are introduced, we will assess their purpose and provide any legally required information and consent or preference controls.

Our email service provider handles business correspondence, including contact-form enquiries forwarded from this website. Submitting the contact form does not require an email-provider cookie to be placed on your device.

5. Cookie controls

We do not currently use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. Security technologies used solely to prevent automated abuse may qualify for a consent exemption under applicable UK law where their use is strictly necessary; we keep this assessment under review. You can use your browser settings to inspect or control cookies, but restricting security-related storage may prevent the verification check from working. If we introduce non-essential technologies, we will update this notice and provide appropriate consent choices where required.

6. Contact and updates

Questions about cookies or privacy can be sent to [email protected]. This page will be reviewed when website functionality or hosting arrangements change.
